  3. New evaluation version of WebRex[TM]
  4.  
  5. Chicago, 2/12/96 --- Continuing its rapid improvement of WebRex[TM],
  6. IT Solutions announced today a new interim release. Still the only
  7. commercially available object-oriented tool for building applications
  8. on the World Wide Web, IT Solutions continues to offer a FULLY
  9. FUNCTIONAL evaluation version. This new release is available for
  10. Intel, Sparc, and PA-RISC processors, as well as continuing to
  11. support our customers on the black NeXTstations.

  13. The new release of WebRex provides a timing trigger, entirely
  14. configurable by the developer, to manage WebRex child processes.
  15. In the past, if an HTTP transaction had been interrupted, the
  16. developer had very little control over the server behavior in
  17. responding to this problem. Now, developers can tune a server's
  18. behavior to their operating environment.

  20. This is an interim release, with an evaluation time-out of March
  21. 30th, 1996. Before the end of February, we will make our next major
  22. release available, which includes support for the Netscape API.
